This notice explains the contact form on this site. It does not describe a booking process; no retreat or house rental is available for reservation here.
What you send
If you use the form, you provide an interest category, your name, email address, message, and optionally a phone number. We use these details to read your question and reply. The form does not add you to a mailing list or create a reservation.
What accompanies it
Cloudflare processes the request to protect the form from abuse. The email notification may include the submission time; approximate city, region, country, postal code, coordinates, time zone, and network information when Cloudflare supplies them; a brief browser and device category; your preferred language; the page or referring site; limited campaign parameters; and Cloudflare request identifiers. These are approximate request details, not a precise location lookup. Our Worker hashes the visitor IP address for rate limiting and does not include the raw IP in the notification.
Where it goes
The contact form sends the message to fernando@wizards.us through Resend. Cloudflare handles site delivery and abuse verification, and Resend handles transactional email delivery. The message then resides in the recipient email account according to the providers’ and account’s retention settings. We do not state a fixed deletion period that has not been established.
